We just wrote citations to multiple violators on one scene. I broke out my phone and started cutting citations. Multiple ticket writers going on one printer with no issues at all. Fantastic Kudos to whoever added the printer list feature to the app. That is Awesome. It was so easy to switch between vehicles like we had to do yesterday.

It was very, very simple, very straightforward, very intuitive, very user friendendly, and the cool part about that was that it kept on sending me text messages and email notification, so that was kind of nice to kind of get that reminder.

Rayne City court is making it easier for defendants to handle legal issues. Citations and warrants can now be paid with your smartphone using a system called Citation Smart. It sends a text with a link to pay for the fine.

Tickets on the Go, and Citation Smart have been a fantastic addition to Westlake Municipal Court and the Westlake Marshal’s Office. We went live on a Wednesday, played around in the Citation Smart system, and I developed a template to send out for warrants.
